GoAudit Auditing App can be used on all mobile devices including iPhone, iPad, Android, and Windows. After the audits are performed, they are seamlessly synced to GoAudit’s Shared Audit Cloud and into the shared audit database. Once there, it is made available for peer plan members to view and extract. This collaboration process is made easy with advanced messaging, notifications, and reporting features built into GoAudit.

Security and Privacy
The GoAudit Shared Audit System does not capture or house sensitive or protected patient data. The only patient data that is captured is the patient’s name during a chart audit. The patient name, alone, is not protected under privacy laws such as HIPAA.
The SaaS vendor we use for the shared audit warehouse has the following features:
- 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES)
- Secure Sockets Layer (SSL/Transport Layer Security (TLS) to protect data in transit between apps and their servers
- SSL/TSL creates a secure tunnel protected by 128-bit or higher Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) encryption
- The applications and infrastructure are regularly tested for security vulnerabilities and hardened to enhance security and protect against attacks.
The software makes it easy for peers to be transparent with each other as they share information to collaborate, schedule, share, and extract audit data. We understand that sharing too much information from Plan to Plan is a privacy concern so we are focused on protecting and securing data that is sensitive and/or proprietary to you.
